4. After you place your order, we will contact you requesting your logo artwork file.
After your order is placed, you will automatically receive an email with instructions for sending in your logo artwork file. We can accept any .eps, .ai, .tif, .pdf or .psd file format (vector preferred, minimum 300dpi resolution). The image can be full-color or single-color; there is no cost difference.
We will then create a proof and send it to you for review. When you have signed off on the proof, we will start producing your order.
Most orders are produced in 7-10 business days, but please call us at 888-208-6770 if you have a large bulk order and need us to quote volume pricing and delivery time.

EcoLast standing mats ship by parcel carrier. Shipping is included in the price for the Lower 48 States (options available for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are available in the checkout process). The exceptions are Continuum mats and custom-area puzzle-edge mats, which ship via freight due to their size and weight.
