Do I need a Crossbar?
We recommend the model with a crossbar if you're using a tabletop between 59″ and 95″ for extra longitudinal support. However, you may prefer the model with no crossbar if you're using a smaller desk, or your particular DIY project doesn't call for a crossbar.

Returns
We offer a 100-day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you receive your standing desk workstation and decide it is not what you are looking for, or would like to exchange it, please send it back and we will give you a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs of the return. The product must be in its original packaging, and in sellable condition. Simply email us at customercare@imovr.com or call (888) 208-6770 for a return merchandise authorization number. Please note that shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.

The Lander DIY Base ships for free via a parcel carrier (UPS or FedEx) to the lower 48 States.
Please note that some of these products ship in multiple parcels, and may be separated in transit by the carrier. Please contact us at customercare@imovr.com if your second parcel hasn't arrived within 3 days of the first.
