Exclusive 3D Lamination Technology
Manufacturing all of our height-adjustable furniture in the USA allows us to use the most advanced desktop production technology in the world. Our ultra-durable Surf(x) 3D laminates are available in more than 24 standard colors. We also have hundreds of custom colors available to match virtually every laminate found on existing office furniture you may be trying to blend with.
Because we manufacture on-demand, we don’t stock any desktops in inventory and never import cheap Asian knock-offs. Nor do we use the decades-old high-pressure laminate (HPL) technology to create our desks, unlike the majority of both the major office furniture companies and e-commerce sellers. 3D laminate is superior in every way, and the highly automated production process enables us to offer literally tens of thousands of desktop shapes, sizes and finishes on our desk lines.

Small volume orders ship in our standard time frame of only 5–7 business days for 3D-laminated desks and tables. Desks under 6’ generally ship by FedEx Ground, larger desks and tables ship via freight. Very large orders require a custom production time quote, and can be staged for spaced-out production and delivery dates to meet your deployment time table.

IMOVR WFH PROGRAM
The pandemic economy brought about some indelible changes to the way we work, with an estimated 50% of office workers now working hybrid or remote, and planning to continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Many are still suffering with “kitchen table ergonomics” to this day, but they don’t have to!
We can create a program for your employees to accommodate their home office needs with a minimum of stress, and remove a lot of the load on your ergonomics, HR, IT, facilities, purchasing or other departments that are typically involved in on-site workstation acquisition and ergonomic fitting. We’ve been very effectively doing this remotely with customers since 2013.
Key elements of a WFH program can include:
- Selecting desk models and ergonomic accessories that can be pre-approved by the employer, within specific budget parameters. While the employer picks the budget, the employee can still order the shape, size and color of desk that ideally matches their home office decor, while getting the ideal ergonomic accessories to match their computing setup.
- iMovR desks are extremely easy to assemble, with easy to follow video guides and few assembly steps. This relieves employees of the stress of needing to have power tools, mechanical skills, and the space and time required to assemble the typical standing desk.
- We provide a simple form for employees to gather all their pertinent information in advance, such as the space and decor parameters and computing equipment list, and submit to us in order to generate a quote for approval. We can also create customized versions of this form with your company’s specific identity and purchasing procedures, etc., upon request.
- A special coupon code can be established for extending a corporate discount to all your employees. Billing can be established either direct to the company or paid for by the employee, to be reimbursed after the purchase.
- Most of our competitors’ standing desks will not survive being taken apart and moved very well; they were never designed to. All iMovR desks are specially designed to be disassembled easily for safe transport back to the office campus in the future, or to a new home, without incurring any damage. Our ZipDesk model is particularly good for "migratory" situations where a desk may be rapidly disassembled, reshipped in its ruggedized box, and rapidly reassembled many times without concern for damage.
