Returns
We offer a 100-day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you receive your standing desk workstation and decide it is not what you are looking for, or would like to exchange it, please send it back and we will give you a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs of the return. The product must be in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Simply email us at customercare@imovr.com or call (888) 208-6770 for a return merchandise authorization number. Please note that shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
Modifications and cancellations may be made within 24 hours of order placement, before custom manufacturing of the desk has begun. Thereafter order modifications and cancellations are subject to the same 20% restocking charge as a return.
Shipping
The Jaxson Desk ships FREE via parcel carrier (UPS or FedEx) to the lower 48 States from Grand Rapids and/or Cedar Springs, Michigan.
Note: The desktop and the base ship in individual parcels, and may come from different warehouses. The base and the top might not ship on the same date, and each parcel will have its own tracking number. Due to the variability of shipping times, the parcels may also be delivered on different dates. Please contact us at customercare@imovr.com if your second parcel hasn't arrived within 3 days of the first. Please see here for full delivery and installation details.

NEAT™ stands for Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. All the small movements we make throughout the day that burn calories and slightly increase your heart rate—actions like typing, standing, and of course walking—are considered NEAT. In fact, any activity that raises your resting heart rate by more than 10% counts as NEAT, as long as it's less than a 50% increase (because, at that point, you're doing cardio exercise).
Where did the term NEAT come from? From the research of Dr. James Levine, a Mayo Clinic physician and researcher who pioneered the treadmill desk and brought "sitting disease" into the public eye as a health epidemic. He identified NEAT levels of physical activity as key in preventing the symptoms of "sitting disease".
