If you're looking to install a conventional, retractable keyboard tray or technology dock on a stand-up desk there is a common challenge to getting it done. Most stand-up desks, regardless of make and model, have a stability crossbar running between the lifting columns. This bar runs directly beneath the desktop, obstructing the installation of the tray's slide rail.

Inverted Highway Overpass

You can think of this adapter kit as an "inverted highway overpass" that allows for the installation of a long slide rail on virtually any standing desk, regardless of the height of the crossbar (the stand-off posts are adjustable from 1.0″ to 2.2″ in height). This works with 95%+ of existing retractable keyboard trays and technology docks, i.e. all the ones that come with the industry-standard 5.765″-wide slide rail.
