Freight Delivery Basics
Freight deliveries differ from common parcel deliveries in a few ways. All freight deliveries arrive on a pallet (see note below) and require a scheduled delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign for the shipment. When your desk is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email or a phone call from our carrier in order to schedule a time window for your delivery appointment.
Note: It is the customer's responsibility to unload the pallet, dispose of the pallet, and bring the merchandise into the building.

Work and home office all on one desk... Nothing neat for me. This is a desk for the working man. I have been using my iMovr Lander desk for six years now and never been more grateful for the concept and the quality. Hard to find but worth it by any standard.
I have bought several premium standing desks from imovr. They have all been priced excellently for the quality, shipped quickly, and arrived well packaged with very easy assembly. Most of the work was already done for you, just put a couple pieces together and you are done!
I adore my iMovr Lander desk! The fit and finish is spectacular, and the Hayward cherry is a beautiful color. I appreciate the rounded corners, easy assembly, and ability to control the height of the desk with my iPhone. I also bought the premium drawer and matching rolling file cabinet, which I love. The customer service at iMovr has been phenomenal when I had questions about my order or the products. I am blown away that the company offers a 15-year warranty on all of the parts of the desk. I know of no company that has such a long warranty on a product like this. I researched a lot of standing desks, but am convinced that my iMovr Lander desk is the best!
I am very happy with the standing desk; it has made my work life so much more productive and allowed me to concentrate on all the important areas at once--body, mind and soul! It is a solid well made product. Kudos.

Excellent work station!
The desk is great. However, customer service is nonexistent; I am not exaggerating. I asked for a very rough delivery estimate so I could plan my office renovation. I never got a response. After the desk arrived I asked for the four black bolts that were missing, to attach the feet to the returns (only four were included, so I assume the feet are only marginally attached). I got no bolts, but more importantly no response to my request. Given the total absence of customer support, I assume that if anything goes wrong with my desk I will be out of luck and several thousand dollars. So maybe it's best to buy a cheaper, lower quality desk from any company that cares enough to at least to respond to queries.

Store owner replied: I am so sorry for our complete miss here. Our customer service is available M-F, and we really do try our best to get back to each customer within 24 hours. I will message you separately to try and figure out how we dropped the ball on this so badly and try and make it up to you.
Although your customer service rep is very polite there is very little follow up. It took almost 8 months and numerous phone calls to finally get my desk. When it arrived it was missing the drawer. After numerous phone calls to get a status of the drawer, I still have not received it yet nor have I received any follow up calls from your company. Many promises have been made by your representatives and not one of them have actually come to fruition. I did receive a $150.00 credit to compensate for the delay in delivery of the desk which I thought was a joke given the circumstances.

Took a minute to deliver, but once on the road the delivery service was great. Large pallet with multiple boxes placed in front of condo in freezing weather. Several trips up three flights of stairs. Two strong people required. Setup took about an hour. Easy peasy . Everything fit perfectly. Everything worked. Zero defects or damage. Solid as a rock. Worth every penny.
Big pallet dropped in front of condo. Excellent delivery company. Well boxed and wrapped. Heavy as heck. 5 degrees above zero, three flights of stairs. 15 minute set up. Maybe if you have done it before. First time, at least one hour. Absolutely no issues. Stomping on the leg locking device is a job for a 250 pound person. Others need not offer their foot for this part of the assembly. 3D surface is awesome. Grommet holes are awesome. Stability of desk at full height is awesome. Well done iMovr.
Beautiful Desk. The wait was the worse part. I went with custom wood desk during a sale. Their customer service dept did their best to keep me informed. I didn't receive tracking like the imovr stated. Though I received calls from a courteous driver. The pallet was packed well and had minimal damage. All accessories came on time with clear tracking.This rustic walnut desk is impressive and beautiful. The knots and natural burrels within the wood grain are perfect. Easy to pair with phone and very stable at 38"". It was the easiest desk to set up even with switching the L side. Very happy with purchase.

Great company to do business with. It took me a while to find a stand up desk made in America, but once I did I really appreciated the whole process with iMovR. The online help was great, Ben helped answer my questions on deciding what to order based on my needs. The instructions on setup were clear and it was a breeze. The quality of materials and workmanship was very apparent from opening the box to using the desk. This first one was smaller for a home office in our 2nd home so when we opened a new office for our business I got a bigger one for my assistant and liked it so much got the same one for my office at our main home. The 4th one was for my office and I needed a U shaped desk. I wanted a more traditional look so iMovR sold me the leg system and helped me in my design process to make sure the leg system would function properly. I used a local cabinet shop to make the top and drawer unit and a side panel to hide the legs. When I show how the whole desktop raises I always get a lot of amazement and surprise. Everyone loves it but I'm at the top of the list. You can't go wrong buying from this company. If I can upload my video it would be fun to show.
I bought my Lander desk in the spring of 2020 for my home office. It has the white frame and the cadet blue laminate top. It was extremely easy to put together. Since I am small, my hubby helped close one connection that required a firm foot to press a clamp into its locked position. I use my desk for a variety of projects and tasks, so it gets heavy use. The look and feel of the laminate surface and rounded edges are exceptionally appealing: attractive, durable, easy to clean. The desk is strong, steady, quiet, and moves smoothly and reliably. This is the best office furniture purchase I have ever made! Three years later, I just had to make sure to post this high praise to the team at iMOVR and to potential customers.
Could not be happier with my Lander desk. I purchased it 13 months ago, use it every workday, and it still looks gorgeous (with the Shaker Cherry wood grain top <3) and functions just as good as the day I gleefully set it up in my office. To anyone who was like me having trouble deciding on whether to pay the higher price of the Lander versus some of the other cheaper standing desks on the market: the Lander's difference in quality can be felt the moment you unbox and set it up. It is an absolute beast --in the dependable work horse never-going-to-let-you-down kind of way. The wood grain top looks beautiful the desk is way more stable than any of iMovr's competitor's products that I've unfortunately owned (Crate & Barrel autonomous smart desk) and it glides quickly between heights. I have loved my lander desk for the past few years. I recently had a glitch with the control and was skeptical when I reached out to customer service to trouble shoot given the modern day era of flakey customer service. I assumed I needed to find a new option given my warranty had expired and I had tried to no avail with other companies over the years. My skepticism was immediately replaced by gratitude when i reached out to the iMovr team. A sales rep promptly connected me with James C in technical support and he agreed to a facetime one hour after his shift had ended. He could not have been more helpful and thoughtful. Products have glitches every once in awhile but dealing with James made me more eager to keep buying and advocating their product. Old school customer service at its finest!
I bought my Lander a little over 2 years ago. I bought it based on reputation, Made in the USA, high quality materials and proven craftsmanship. The top is 77" x 30". Tough as nails and looks beautiful. Never thought all my hobbies would ever fill it up....but they did! So what did I do? I just ordered an additional iMovR desk, although not quite as big. It's a Energize Compact Desk with a 24" x 47" top. I have no doubt that it will have the same built craftsmanship and quality materials in it as my Lander does. Great job, iMovR.
I have two of these desks, one for sitting and one for standing, to accommodate my work. I love the desks overall EXCEPT that the coating that protects the wood is very soft. As a result, it scratches at the drop of a hat!! Very disappointing as it mars an otherwise excellent desk.
I have had this for 3 years now, use it almost every day for many hours (I edit video professionally) and have had zero problems. I change from sit to stand frequently and this is so easy and smooth.
Here's where I'm coming from ...In my 79 years, I've owned a lot of expensive products. I've never had enough money to buy the best of everything, but over the years I did have enough money to buy the best of a few things. I make it a point to do the research on the products I buy so I know what I'm buying ̢�� it's the work ethic of 40 years working as an engineer.By any measure the Lander Desk that I bought is a superior product. Rock solid at any height easy assembly without tools and has unique smooth table top edges to save my forearms from hurt. My big concern was that it would arrive damaged given its size and weight but it was enclosed by probably $100 worth of protective packaging on a pallet.You can pay a lot less or pay a lot more for a similar desk that doesn't carry a 15 year warranty ̢�� from a manufacturer who'll be there in 15 years. I ordered a standing desk from Crate and Barrel and it wouldn't move up after spending several hours putting it together. It took me 15 minutes to install the Lander desk and it has worked flawlessly. So well manufactured and has fit my needs well. I can raise it to standing in seconds.

It was heavy, but one would expect that given that it is a high quality item. The controller is about as good as it gets - very intuitive and easy to use. Review written after 6+ months of daily active use. High quality components, easy to assemble without tools. It requires some strength to do, but that just speaks to the quality of the construction. Extremely stable at standing height plus the added height of a balance board, and I'm 6'2 - also, range of motion is large enough that it also reaches proper ergo sitting height for my 5 foot partner. Motors are clearly strong - I have a lot of weight on my desk and noticed no change in raising and lowering speeds. I bought this desk because I want to use it for years and I have no doubt I'll be able to. It's a rock.

I have been very pleased so far with my desk. It is build very well. I can tell that that components are all high quality. If there was any compliant I had to make it would be that the mobile app Bluetooth connection drops quite a bit if I leave the area and come back in. It is not a biggie and I just have to reconnect the connection.
