A perfectly balanced full range-of-motion stool capable of adjusting to both sitting and standing heights for any user, the Birdi Perching Stool supports increased spinal oxygenation, core muscle activation, and comfort throughout the day, and it can safely be used on top of an office treadmill!
Use for sitting as low as 25” just like a standard office chair or raise up to 35” and use as a perch to increase blood flow without needing to fully stand. The weighted base and 360 degree swivel design allow just enough movement in your core muscles to maintain posture awareness while providing the support and comfort you need. And instead of only one adjustment handle, two are located opposite each other just under the seat and can be easily reached at any position.
