Use it at a lower height just like a standard office chair—or at a raised height as an ergonomic leaning stool for when you’re looking for a little relief while standing. An adjustable seat pan angle can be optimized for various postures, providing a wide range of ergonomic customizability.
For use on Office Treadmills, near sensitive equipment, or in carpeted areas, the comfortable foam cushion upholstered in Electrostatic Discharge fabric works in unison with a polyurethane-edge base and metal grounding ribbons to provide ample static reduction.

Economy and Ergonomics in One Seating Solution
Like the iMovR Tempo TreadTop Chair, the Sit-Stand Stool rests on a 17”-diameter, black powder coated base. The stool fits perfectly on top of any popular office treadmill, including the iMovR ThermoTread, LifeSpan TR800, LifeSpan TR1200, LifeSpan TR5000, Rebel 1000, Steelcase Walkstation, TreadDesk, Proform and NordicTrack walking treadmills. The circular base distributes your weight evenly across the treadmill surface, so you can rest easy knowing it won’t damage the belt, as traditional caster wheels or chair legs are liable to do.
The seat pan tilt can be adjusted from -4° to +10°, promoting blood flow to the legs. The entire seat is height adjustable from 26” to 34”. The Tempo Stool is designed for heavy duty action and supports users weighing up to 300 lbs. You'd never guess it weighs 28 lbs due to the way the weight is balanced and how easy it is to lift and move.

The Tempo Sit-Stand Stool is ergonomically engineered to provide comfort and relief from the pressures of standing and/or walking. It all starts with Tempo’s durable foam cushion seat upholstered with Electrostatic Discharge fabric. More than a stop-gap solution for treadmill deskers, the TreadTop Sit-Stand Stool is comfortable enough for all day use—whether sitting or standing. There is also an optional 18” chrome foot ring*. This built-in attachment encourages more dynamic seating postures, and gives users a safe place for placing their feet when sitting atop the treadmill—never set your feet on your treadmill’s fragile motor housing again!
*Please note that the optional 18" chrome foot ring cannot be installed after the stool has been assembled.
